Matchless Pin Drop On Google Maps

Find the location on the map where you want to drop the pin and zoom in as far as you need to see it clearly.

A pop-up box will now appear at the bottom of your screen with the coordinates of the location and a name describing the. You can then save or share the location using the small information panel at the bottom find directions or more.

Now enter the location using the search bar at the top of the screen and tap and hold on the area where you want to. If the pin is not at a known address click again to display coordinates in the same spot as the pin. Once a pin has appeared in the map view press on it to load further details about that location.

After a few seconds a red pin will appear at that location. If you search for a specific location Google Maps will drop a pin automatically on that location. To drop your pin simply click on the spot you want to drop it.

Once you have dropped the pin you will notice a red pin appears and the address of the pin location. While the feature of dropping pins of Google Maps is truly commendable you can only drop one pin at a time on your screen. You can use the search bar to drop a pin automatically or you can drop a pin on any location on the map manually.

Launch Google Maps on your iOS or Android smartphone. To do this simply hold your finger down on the area of the map you want to drop a pin on. Once youre zoomed in select the location youd like to pin.
